Nova was then dragged to the edge of the islands and cast out from paradise. She was silent as she fell, quietly praying to the air deity
for forgiveness and help. Had it not been for the air's favor Nova would have been killed by the fall, but as she came closer to the ground the wind
slowed her descent just enough for her to survive.
When Nova woke from her coma she was in a strange place, far from home, a home she could remember only in dreams which often
turned sour. An Alchemist had found her, nearly dead, out in the wilderness while he was collecting all sorts of specimens and samples for his
research. He alchemically altered her body, mutating her from her former self into a homunculus.
Nova stayed on as the Alchemists apprentice until their village was attacked. Nova fought to defend the town, stealing a bow and quiver
of arrows from a fallen soldier. She was rescued with a few others from the village by a band of soldiers, bearing a red cross over a white tabard
upon their chests. The templars invited Nova to join them as they had seen her use with a bow. Having no where else to go Nova joined them for
sometime.
The Templars eventually sent her out on a scouting mission. They had heard of an invasion and wanted to protect their lands in
Maethodoron so Nova was to find out the enemies strengths and weaknesses. Unfortunately for the Templars she befriended many of the
invaders, eventually joining an elite group among them, the Order of Tauren, after the invasion was successful. Nova still had loyalties toward
Maethodoron, but her fighting unit came first. They trained her to fight in ways she never expected to learn.
